Getting Started
We are just getting this blog up and running so i figured we would start with a simple topic. I do alot of traveling, either wine dinners or tastings and a topic that always comes up is, whats my favorite varietal? Believe it or not i always find that to be a hard question. So i ask, what is your favorite Varietal or type of wine?

When done well...pinot noir and Brunello di Montalcino. But neither varietal is a good "value varietal" and my favorite value wines tend to be Rhone blends.
